FSC considers compliance with the Laws and International Agreements on Intellectual Property (IP) as a critical element in our long-term development strategy. Internally, Flatworld Software Corporation has developed FSC Intellectual Property (IP) protection policy that is strictly followed by all FSC employees. The five primary areas of this policy include:
Non-Disclosure Agreements |
Project-related IP Protection |
Confidential Document Control |
Employee Confidentiality Contract |
Employee Training and Education |
The actual execution of IP protection goes far beyond signing the paperwork. Depending on our clients’ needs, we may:
create a working environment in which each individual developer may only execute (not access) others’ code to prevent any potential source code leak |
provide work machines that have no local “write” capability or email function. The only connection to the outside world is the dedicated transfer line between local work machines and designated “ftp server.” |
monitor work environment (real time) using both software and video cameras |
Our local reputation, our benefits, the challenge of our work as well as our screening process attract and ensure only the best talents to come to work for us. The extra security implementation is the additional insurance to give our clients piece of mind.
